I love the connection of a newcomer after being welcomed by a "Philip" and that newcomer would leave with a mass schedule, phone number of the men's group, a donut, plus book recommendations, etc. This piece made Philip relatable.
This was such an edifying read! Thank you! However I do believe that the Philip who speaks with the Ethiopian eunuch was a different man than the apostle we celebrate today. He was one of the seven original deacons. Still, there seems to be a trend with the name!
