It is Ascension day today in Australia, so your post a day ahead is much appreciated :) God bless you Denise, always appreciating your spiritual insights and choice of art to accompany it.
Oh Denise - once again you transport my heart and soul through your words. You captured this season of motherhood that I find myself a little adrift in so beautifully and connected it to the Ascension in ways I’ll be pondering for some time. Thank you. Happy Feast!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful insights. I am finding this especially inspiring as one of my daughters will soon enter a convent to begin her new vocation. Your words seem heaven-sent. God bless you!
Yesterday I read in a book called, Genuine Friendship, "A friend is someone who sees (feels) something that I see (feel), and we see it in a way that separates us from those who do not see it. Friendship typically begins when one says to another: "What? You too? I thought I was the only one." Denise, I thought of you when I read those words, and then soon after, found this essay. Your words express what I have felt many times, so beautifully, as always. Thank you, my friend, for saying them, and making this Solemnity so much more special!
Every word is incredibly beautiful, Denise dear! Thank you so very much for this treat!
Ah, thank you, Annette! Happy feast!

Thank you Denise for a wonderful way to express the meaning of the Ascension. As always, your great imagery offers insight and relatability for me.
