Yes, daily Mass can indeed be like that. In ours it is generally that same ten or so people, and I really only know most of them inside that bubble of daily Mass.

I have read most of The Mass in Slow Motion with my daughter and thank you for filling in the back story behind that. I learnt quite a lot from that. I found an old school library copy of Knox's Bible a few years back. It sits by my bedside.

Thank you so much for this. I am already weeping reading the first few pages of " The Mass in Slow Motion". I have been longing for something like this: thank you for being God's gift to me.

You have also encouraged me as I am being led down a new path with something that entails a painful cross- for me to also see the adventure in it, the gift of being able to meet and get to know people I wouldn’t otherwise ever come across and to grow through that experience. Thank you for that sweet encouragement also.
